Warranty

We provide a one year warranty on all of our heaters and a one year limited warranty on the craftsmanship of our saunas. Warranty does not cover natural characteristics of wood, such as discoloration , cracks caused by fluctuating or excessive humidity or warping of the staves. This limited Warranty does not cover any damage or defects in materials or workmanship of the product due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to properly install the Product, follow the Product's instructions, or perform any preventive maintenance reasonably required to maintain the Product in good condition.
